UPS Access Point is one of the cheapest ways to send a parcel and is widely available throughout Europe.
The reason it’s so cheap is that it's not a door to door service. You ship between UPS Access Points, so you’ll drop off your package at an Access Point local to you, then it will be shipped to another UPS Access point, where the recipient will collect it.
The advantage of this method (besides the price) is that the recipient doesn’t need to stay in to receive their parcel, they can collect it at a time that’s convenient for them. UPS Access Points generally have extended opening hours offering plenty of options for dropping off and collecting parcels.
