Good if delivery date isn't important.

Delivered a day later than the estimated delivery day. Seems no way to be sure of when a package will be delivered via ground.

They got the package here. The price was good. But it took a beating. Nothing damaged, but that's only because the contents were clothing. The top of the box was crushed. Non-clothing items would have been broken.

Just use them for the first time and had a positive experience using UPS
Prices were great, and the service was very good. I had a question and received a response back very promptly.
