All your customers need to be aware that when scheduling a shipment, if the site redirects you to sign in to your UPS account, that will negate your Parcel Monkey quote and your price will end up 50% higher.

For any concerns regarding the invoice, please contact UPS directly, as we do not have access to billing details.
