Very easy and fast. The UPS carrier wanted $600 to ship my parcel.
Parcel Monkey was 1/6th that amount. It was so cheap I thought it was a scam. My Brother received his package today. That was fast. I have already told people about this service and defiantly will recommend it to others. -

Terrible. I was accurate with the size and weight of the package. I have subsequently been charged an additional $225, 2 weeks later, on top of the initial $83. This is outrageous and there is no explanation as to why. DO not use this service. It is a total scam that it set to take money without authorization when they feel like it. Awful service!!!

In order to place any order through our marketplace you must agree that if the dimensions and weight of your parcel(s) are incorrect that additional charges will be applied to your card based on the information provided to us by the courier.
Since we do not actually handle your parcels we must go by the information provided to us by our carrier partners. This is why we ask for any type of documentation to allow us to contact them on your behalf to reverse the charge.
