This drop off is not capable of shipping international packages, nothing but poor customer service and lack of knowledge in shipping international.

Great service! Definitely saved a lot of $ using Parcel Monkey vs UPS website or UPS in-store!! Was even cheaper than USPS due to it being a large package.

Thank you UPS ground service for a 13lb food shipment to Vegas from Redondo Beach CA, transit time was good since it was a returned order self postage where refund was already issued. Saved customer lotta money, sorry didn't know corn products such as polenta and cornmeal, popcorns are much easier to work with and also filling and nutritious. Thank you.
