Bad Customer Experience

Customer service centers are always closed. Cancellations shall be processed via the website and customers shouldn't have to go to the service center when all the processes of booking the parcel are automated.

Need auto updates!

Maybe I did something different, but of the many times I’ve used ParcelMonkey and UPS, this was the first time I didn’t receive updates by default. I had to log in, find the parcel, and track it. No auto updates at drop off, transit, nor delivery.
It takes too much time to do that manually on every parcel. -
