Charged me over double original shipping for a supposed extra 1 inch, which was inaccurate. Then basically wanted my word against yours because there's no way for me to take good picture of a 20" long box with the shipping label legible. Highway robbery. I give your company a lot of my money but will do my best to change that. YOU SUCK.

Delivered a large box in a timely manner and an unbelievable price! It was second hand clothing I was sending to a relative. The box was large and 30lbs. Parcel Monkey delivered it for 75% less than the other places I called.
