Good service just Bad efficiency Providers .. Just the world we live in...

service good, parcel Monkey, delivery not so good, parcel damaged and custom forms were inside instead of being on the outside like they were when the parcel was picked up, so delayed .. Normally a good service but I wont be using FEDEX again....
Neve sure why every parcel goes all the way across the country and back before ever leaving to go down under.. just a waste and would be cheaper to just fly to LA, or SF, and leave. But NO has to go over to chicago and lots of other places then all the way back and then leave every time..?
