My package has been lost for months now. I spend my money to buy gifts for someone and trusted this company to delivered them. It never happened. There's no way to know where the package is now. I'm really disappointed. Never using their services again.

Better than USPS for shipping to South Korea

It was half of the price as USPS Priority to South Korea. I had a bad experience with USPS before because they sent my gift for my son to US customs and back to me. It never left the country. I had to fight to get them to resend it. Parcel Monkey did it correctly. It did get sent to Korean customs but that also happened with USPS. My son had to fill out an application to get it released which took about a week. I guess you need to value it under $150 to avoid this step even if it is a gift. At any rate he did not have to pay US or Korean customs because it was a gift from family.

Awful. Response is a complete lie. Completely lied about shipping the package and still took money. Will make you pay return shipping. COMPLETE SCAM. STAY AWAY!
