I was tracking Fedex package site and noticed the destination as Carol Stream, IL, USA. This package was sent to Nagoya, Japan. Can you find out why it was sent there instead of Japan and correct the destination per the the shipping label.
I tried to call 1-800 # for Fedex but unable to speak with customer service rep.

Texas to Tasmania

I used EMS to get a parcel to Tasmania from Texas. I took one star for them taking 29 days to deliver it. Yes, I'd use them again, just leave plenty of time for delivery. Recommended!
