Worst service

The worst worst service ever. Its been 8 days my parcel is stuck in one place i shipped from parcel monkey. I dont know why its stuck whether it is fault of parcel monkey or ems

Package crushed in transit

Package arrived absolutely crushed and the contents damaged. Our business sends a few thousand packages a year going all over the world, and this is the first occasion of in-transit damage we have ever encountered. I was hesitant already given other poor reviews but agreed with a customer to try this to save them a bit in postage, but never again.
