Games/Games/Games - No one provides a direct answer to my question. Instead I only get partial answer, follow-up questions that feign ignorance as to the reason for my question or misdirection with odd vernacular that tries to point me to other parties although I contracted vis Parcel Monkey.

Apologies for the delay. The parcel reached its destination UK, but it was not processed and out for delivery.
This issue has been highlighted to the concerned team and they are investigating. We will push them and provide you with an update.

Fast delivery service but Customs held the package 5 days before notifying us. I recommend and will use your services again. Government services are just slow.
