My package was supposed to go to Colombia from New York, but it's stuck in London. There's been no response from their customer service. This has been the most frustrating customer service experience of my life.

I have never sent anything overseas. This went to Australia from the W. Coast of Washington State, USA Very good service. I was a little nervous regarding what would happen. My friend got the package and was thrilled! I had laser engraved a bread/ cutting board for an exchange student for a birthday gift. It arrived in time! No problems... will use this service again!
