My package was mailed on Nov 16th. It's now December 23rd and it has not moved from London UK since Dec 2. It's going to the Phillipines. I will say also that parcel monkey's resolution process is long and tedious with no way of actually filing a claim for the lost package. this is a almost $400 package and we are a very small home business that cannot afford to just "resend" it without resolution from a claim.
UPDATE: IT IS NOW 1/26/2021 AND STILL NO DELIVERY OF PACKAGE. MY CUSTOMER DID A PAYPAL CLAIM AND RECEIVED ALL HIS MONEY BACK ... WE ARE NOW OUT FOR THE ORDER AND HAVE NO RESOLUTION FROM EMS FOR THE LOST PACKAGE!!! BEING A SMALL BUSINESS THIS HAS HURT US LOSING THIS $$ AND LOSING A CUSTOMER ALSO IN THE PROCESS.Agent replied on 28/12/2020
