Absolutely Criminal Behavior

I dropped my package off at my local UPS store on Nov 28th, for a guaranteed 7-16 day delivery from the courier. From Dec 7th the tracking never updated from "In Transit at GEPS Facility", and I asked for an update on Dec 28, giving them OVER the time for delivery and then some. When I asked for an update on my package, they responded "We will look into it." I did not hear from them from a week straight, and when I asked for an update they immediately claimed that it was lost. They then proceeded to say that "Gifts are not covered, your claim will be denied" when I asked for a refund for a complete failure to ship or deliver my INSURED package. I asked multiple times and received the same response with zero attempt to actually assist me. This is by far the absolute worst shipping service it has ever been my displeasure to use. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS use this courier, and PM will not assist you when they end up "losing" the package you ship.

I have used parcel monkey many times. I have a question about tracking my last package. Thanks

I sent this package on January 7th. It said package would be delivered in 6-13 days. Today is January 25 th so sent the 7th and latest delivery is 13 days so that equals the 20 th of January using the longest delivery number. On the 25 th it is still not there. I have no why to track it. Parcel monkey says it left their hub in January 11th. Where is it now. I don’t like this part of the service. I have no why of knowing if it will get there for my 3 y.o. Grand daughter’s birthday the 8 th of February.. When I checked at the post office when I dropped it off in town it would have been cheaper by a few dollars but would go first class not through a hub. I have used parcel monkey many time before. Can you tell me if there is a way to track the package once it leaves the USA.

consistently creates excess charges.

As per FedEx your physical weight was 22 lbs, instead of 21 lbs mentioned while booking.
Due to which they have charged us for remaining weight and we have rebilled it to you.

Do not contract Parcel Monkey

After many attempts to get any information and no answers from Parcel Monkey, I got finally (after more than a week of requests) a note that the parcel is lost.
Unacceptable, and shows how low the quality of your services is.
At least provide to me the carrier company name and the parcel number, to follow up myself as you are not good enough to do so.
I cannot review the carrier as I don't have the CARRIER package NUMBER, so I don't know if Parcel Monkey ever delivered itAgent replied on 15/01/2021
