Basically fraud

They lost my package and then both EMA/JersetPost and ParcelMonkey refused to pay out the insurance I bought.
EDIT: The response from parcelmonkey was for a different package that I also sent through EMS. The one I'm referring to is still lost and the insurance is still denied.Agent replied on 31/03/2021

Not exactly EMS

The package arrived to UAE just fine. However, this is not an EMS service per se. The package is shipped from location to NJ via Fedex, then Fedex to the UK, and then UK to UAE via Jersey Post. It would have been faster to just ship it using USPS Priority directly to the UAE at a lower cost.

Always takes longer than 14 days but is the cheapest method I have found. Items arrive safely.

Parcel has been intransit for 6> weeks and can't get a definitive answer as to when it will get delivered

Please be informed you that the parcel is in Philippines customs for inspection on 10th Mar. Once it is cleared then it will handover the Philippines post to move out for delivery.

Never use this service.
It has been over 2month and my customer is still waiting for the package to arrive.Agent replied on 16/03/2021
Please be informed you that Russia boarders closed, so the parcel hold on UK hub, now we have approached our delivery partner to find alternate way to deliver the parcel to destination. We will keep update further.
