Due to uncertain volume the destination country customs had back log to clear, which cause the delay in service and we dont have control on them.

Extraordinarily slow and very poor tracking.

Please note that the destination country had high volume and it was delayed by customs clearance due to backlog, which unavoidable.

FedEx to EMS and NO tracking once it arrives overseas.
The link provided by PM when I ship and that I provide to the customer is not the final tracker, and PM does not keep their tracking page current.
Is this a PM or EMS issue? I don't know but it seems that when a customer complains to me and I complain to PM a new tracking number and carrier magically appears.

EMS inspected my parcel, determined that the contents were prohibited (because it was liquid), & destroyed the package. I lost the entire contents plus the cost of shipping. Obviously won't use EMS in the future. The parcel contained "superglue" which is NOT alcohol. Superglue is a liquid cyanoacrylate adhesive which is not hazardous.

As we noticed that the parcel contains Alcohol, also it is misdeclared as Instant Adhesive in the booking. We usually X-ray all parcels before dispatch. As per PM norms it is restricted and cannot be shipped, so it destroyed completely , no refund and no return to sender.
