LOST after 45 days, with no tracking information

We shipped this package from the USA to Australia and EMS said 12-16 business days. 45 days later, and it never got delivered. After multiple attempts to get updates, customer service was never able to provide a tracking number to trace it. They finally confirmed that the package is lost and my customer is very upset. As a small business owner, I would NOT recommend this service. Next time go with UPS or FEDEX or DHL.

Don't use, way to slow.

Super slow, it is now 17th business day and still not even in the right country :( and look at the reply, complete useless. not providing any info other than it is on the way, I kinda already new that, as it has been on the way for 18 business days now. when booking is was advertised 6-16 business days. don't use this service, and customer service provide no info.

The parcel departed from UK hub on 11th May and it is in transit to destination. Soon it will deliver to receiver.

Service was good. No issues
took a bit longer to arrive but that was ok.
