When I send a box or receive a box to/from Japan, I've been relying on EMS Parcel Post. This time I sent some snacks to my family. I marked my package with FRAGILE signs. They received the package with nothing crushed inside. I will continue relying on EMS.

Do NOT use this service.
I ship over 50 international packages per week using the USPS and UPS and I have NEVER experienced a delivery issue.
I've used this Courrier Service twice and both times the parcel has come up MISSING.

Why the I am charged more 13 dollar when you charge me 303 and couldn’t deliver

We have noticed that the parcel contain KNIVES + COVERS. As per PM norms it is restricted and cannot be shipped Knives. So we returned to you and refunded full shipping cost of $303 to you and we have charged $13 for returning the shipment.
