Packages always take interesting routes but make it to the destination in 16 days or so. Not bad considering the other option is by sea which takes 3 months.

Greats service but a little slow

Very good service albeit slower than I had hoped for or expected. Took almost 4 weeks for parcel to deliver from LA (USA) to Melbourne (Australia). Updates were very general and spaced out time wise but never the less, parcel arrived intact.
Once arrived in Australia, received regular updates from Australia Post which was awesome. If updates were more detailed rather than general & faster delivery time, then would have given 5 bananas.
Will definitely use again as I saved close to USD35 (AUD48) which is a considerable saving compared to their competitors like Fedex, UPS or even US Postal service.

The package was a sturdy box which was severely damaged and breached! The package and its contents where destroyed during shipment! I will send photos when possible.
I demand a full refund since the package and its contents were damaged severely!
