Shipped two packages, both to Australia, one gets 5 stars the other 3.
Price was a third less than U.S. Post and the tracking feature a huge plus. Will definitely use in future.
The first went to a farm, a few hours outside of a metropolitan area/city, arrived a month after drop off in the US. Within the estimated time, in the snail pace of covid, that is excellent and deserves 5 stars.
But, the second, to an area outside a major city on the West coast is still in transit.
It, like the first, made it into the country within a month of drop off but the extra miles across country has taken almost another three weeks, and it is still not there yet. -

Horrible service, I sent my package out on Oct 6th to Australia and was informed it would take approximately 10-14 days for delivery. The package traveled around the US for three weeks until I could not longer track it and them it finally arrived in Australia 5 1/2 weeks later. One item in the package was for my grandson to wear on his 1st Halloween. So disappointed, I would have had better service with my local mail service.
