This service was horrible couldn't provide me with a right tracking number I had to kept going back and forth to the tracking number that parcel monkey gave me and it took too long it's a shame I'll keep using United States postal Service. Too bad I was happy with the service from parcel monkey but not anymore

Generally good, sometimes infuriating!

Some deliveries have been completed relatively quickly. So thumbs up, but service is erratic.
I am only talking about Australia.
Packages have arrived in Australia within a month to six weeks, during the pandemic that is relatively good.
Price for shipping to Australia is more reasonable compared to US post, but it takes double or triple the time. So be organised.
But, and this is a huge one, other packages have simply stalled, with no updates, no information, nothing!!
One in particular posted in October last year, got to Australia three weeks later then froze. Almost six months later, no update, delivery, refund....zip!!
So tracking, yeah right, only when everything is working, otherwise nothing.
Customer service basically says, we'll let you know when someone tells us. Not sure how proactive they can be or are.
Having problems with a second package now, again, frozen on the tracking meter and no updates from customer service. -

No good way to track the parcel and never got an ETA on delivery. Took longer than what was paid for.

This was a horrible experience. My package makes it all the way to customs just to be refused even though nothing in the package violated the restricted items list provided by parcel monkey. Then, after losing $950 worth of a sale, I get the package back to my home and they try to charge an additional $40 after refunding my additional amount.
Their customer service is awful and can't clearly communicate in english or even answer direct questions.Agent replied on 30/03/2022
We have noticed that the parcel contains fuel bottles for the nitrous power system which cannot be dispatch. Hence the same return to you using Fedex tracking ref# 867262816400192.
Also we have refunded you the additional charge overweight charge to you since the booking returned to shipper.
