I have been waiting for my parcel since late July for a parcel booked on July 12th. Since July 29th the parcel has not been moved. It was taken to the distribution HUB and no one is willing to take it I think. This Parcel Monkey service takes the money and then abandons the parcel at the dock.

FROM THE GOOD OLD USA TO AUSTRALIA, NOT A 3RD WORLD PROBLEM.
"7 to 16 business days delivery" They lied to me to get my money.
I have tried so hard to get a resolution but they are laughing at us all.

EXTREMELY SLOW! More than a month from US to Italy. Recipient needed to pay a lot to receive the parcel. Will never use again.

The parcel is in Beijing Air Mail Terminal Transport today 2nd Sep and it is moving to delivery location.

STOLE MY PACKAGE

Package delivery was refused and returned to sender. They originally said the return shipping would be free, but now say they only process returns twice a year and may not return it at all..

Please note that all EMS parcel use to go declarations in customs using paperwork. As per tracking the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt, but the receiver never contact local post.
