I used Parcel Monkey to return an item to a seller in Hong Kong. The courier attempted delivery but failed and it was reported that the item was being held by courier. Later the address was listed as unknown and I was informed the parcel was being returned to me. It’s likely I won’t get my money back from the vendor. The courier should have informed me that the address was undeliverable and given me a chance to correct and/or the system should have kicked it out at the beginning of the process. Now I’m out another $75 for shipping an item I didn’t want.

Regret to inform you that as per tracking ref# EH103468121JE the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt on 15th Jan due to incorrect address and unable to reach receiver through mobile. Hence they initiated return to sender.
We will return to sender once received in USA. -
