Smart phone stolen during transit

The phone was stolen from the package at some point during delivery.

horrible customer service - no answer for lost packages

horrible delivery services that has no contact information to speak with someone about my LOST package 10 months ago. I been sending chats and emails to parcel monkey representatives and I keep receiving the same automatic answer of an agent will get in contact and I end it up receiving the same response of need more information about the lost item.

Apologies for the inconveneince. We have checked your shipment and it was not cleared customs on 21st May 2023, after 10 days from the date of customs rejection the destiantion post initiated return to sender, but the return parcel not yet reached destination USA. We chased NL post to find the parcel but unsuccessful and provided you full refund. We will keep you informed once received and return to sender.

Such a disappointment

DON'T ever use this service, scammer and fraud. There is no direct phone number to call. What kind of company doesn't have phone number? Customer service sucks, it takes a week for them to reply. They said they will update you, but never do.
My parcel is being shipped back to the sender after 7 weeks. I followed all their instructions, added custom documents. According to the tracking, the parcel is shipped out of Chicago, went to Qatar, then back to Chicago, never arrived to the actual recipient's country. They also charged me extra $10, claiming it is heavier or bigger than what I claimed (granted: I weighted and measured everything).Agent replied on 13/03/2024

you should allow the changing of package size and lbs on quote page with refresh ability
