I don't know how many times I sent my packages via EMS. I only send things to Japan. To me, this is the most trusted carrier.

lost the parcel

The parcel has been sent! They lost her!! We waited 5 months for delivery, as a result they did not deliver the parcel and refuse to pay compensation! I do not recommend this carrier

Regret for the inconveneince. Please note that the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt and the destination post initiated return to send without tracking reference, so we unable to track it and no response yet received from destinaiton post. We will investigate further and provide you the update.

Why does it take so long!

The package did arrive but it took 3 months.

Regret for the inconvenience. We have noticed that airlins missed to uplift the shipment and we found that later the issue and moved the shipment.
We will avoid this issue happen further.
