Arrived damaged despite excellent packing

Package arrived at destination in 20 days. Not too bad, and tracking was helpful. Despite being packaged very carefully and thoroughly, the content was severely damaged in transit.

A little work but pleased with great money saving

International shipping is not a easy, simple thing to do. First I had to read quite a lot of instruction to ship my box. I used to send my boxes to a foreign country via USPS. It took many minutes for the USPS workers to complete all the processes for me. No wonder it takes much work for me to ship my boxes via Parcel Monkey. However, I'm very pleased by the savings of money when I used this service. Unless any greater option comes up, I know I will be using Parcel Monkey for my int'l shipping needs.
